Our Commitment

At Vianté Living, we are committed to offering thoughtfully curated home décor and lifestyle products, delivered with care and attention to detail.

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. As a result, we do not offer returns for change of mind, personal preference, or products received in perfect condition.

However, we stand fully behind the quality of every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.


When a Return, Replacement or Refund is Eligible

A return request will be considered under the following circumstances:

·       You received a product different from the one ordered.

·       The product arrived damaged during transit.

·       A manufacturing defect or quality issue is identified upon delivery.

·       An item is missing from your order.

·       The product received does not substantially match the product ordered.

Please do not accept any package that appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery. Once a shipment is accepted, the claim process outlined below will apply.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both our customers and our business, an uninterrupted unboxing video is required for all claims relating to:

·       Damage

·       Manufacturing defects

·       Missing items

·       Incorrect products

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

·       A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened

·       Clear photographs of the issue

·       Your order number

All documentation must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video or after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for processing.

Given the fragile nature of many of our products, this requirement helps us investigate claims accurately and provide the fairest possible resolution.


Natural Variations & Handcrafted Products

Many Vianté Living products are handcrafted or made using natural materials.

As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, grain, veining, finish, dimensions, or artisanal detailing may occur. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the unique character of each piece.

Product photography is intended to represent items as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.


Return Process

Step 1

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp and provide:

·       Order number

·       Photographs

·       Unboxing video

·       Description of the issue

Step 2

Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.

Step 3

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where service is available.

Step 4

The product will be returned to our warehouse for inspection.

Step 5

Following successful quality verification, we will process a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.

Please do not return products without prior written authorization from our team. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted or processed.

If damage occurs during a reverse pickup arranged by Vianté Living, we will take responsibility for the shipment and ensure your claim is honoured.


Replacement, Store Credit & Refunds

Where a claim is approved, resolution will be offered in the following order:

Replacement (Preferred)

Where stock is available, we will offer a replacement for the affected product.

Store Credit

If a replacement is unavailable, customers may choose store credit.

Store credit:

·       Is issued within 24–48 hours of approval

·       Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

·       Can be used on any future purchase on our website

Refund to Original Payment Method

Where neither a replacement nor store credit is suitable, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are initiated within 7 working days of approval.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the credit in your account.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

·       Products delivered in perfect condition

·       Change-of-mind purchases

·       Products that do not meet personal expectations despite matching their product description

·       Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

·       Products returned without original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or invoice

·       Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products

·       Clearance, sale, or discounted items (unless damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery)

·       Claims submitted after the applicable reporting period


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.


Important Information

·       Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.

·       All original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, warranty cards, invoices, and shipping labels must be included.

·       We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving any replacement, store credit, or refund.

·       Each claim is assessed individually, and we will always aim to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.

·       Delivery and reverse pickup timelines may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, logistical disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

·       Vianté Living reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Any changes will not affect orders placed prior to the revision date.

A Note on Our Packaging

Every Vianté Living order is packed with great care using protective materials designed for fragile products.

If you are required to return an item, please ensure it is packed with equivalent protection. We cannot be responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging during customer-arranged shipments.

In the event of any conflict between this policy and our Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail.
