Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been delivered.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

- Clear photographs
- Complete unboxing video
Why is an unboxing video required?
Since many of our products are fragile, the unboxing video helps verify transit damage and ensures a fair resolution for both customers and our team.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the returned item is received and approved by our quality team, refunds are generally processed within 7 working days.
Can I return a product if I simply change my mind?
No. We do not accept returns for products delivered in perfect condition unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to accurately display product colours and details. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and handcrafted finishes.
Are handcrafted variations considered defects?
No. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, dimensions, or handcrafted detailing are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

Every Vianté Living order is carefully packed using protective materials suitable for fragile home décor items to ensure safe delivery.
