Every Vianté Living piece is thoughtfully selected and crafted to bring beauty, functionality, and character into your home.

Many of our products are made using natural materials and artisanal techniques. With proper care, they will continue to age gracefully and remain part of your space for years to come.

Please follow the care recommendations below to help preserve the appearance and longevity of your products.

General Care Guidelines

  • Handle all products with care.
  • Avoid dropping, dragging, or placing excessive weight on decorative items.
  • Keep products away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, moisture, and humidity.
  • Use soft, lint-free cloths for routine cleaning.
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, steel wool, bleach, ammonia, or harsh chemicals.
  • Always lift products rather than dragging them across surfaces.

Wooden Products

Including trays, tissue boxes, decorative objects and furniture accents.

Care Instructions

  • Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth.
  • Wipe spills immediately.
  • Clean with a slightly damp cloth when necessary and dry thoroughly.
  • Use coasters, placemats, and protective pads where appropriate.
  • Keep away from prolonged moisture exposure.

Avoid

  • Soaking in water.
  • Dishwasher use.
  • Direct exposure to sunlight for extended periods.
  • Harsh cleaning agents.

Natural Characteristics

Wood is a natural material and may display variations in grain, colour, texture, and pattern. These characteristics are part of the product’s unique beauty and are not considered defects.

Including trays, coasters, decorative objects, and serving accessories.

Care Instructions

  • Wipe with a soft damp cloth.
  • Dry immediately after cleaning.
  • Use coasters beneath beverages.
  • Clean spills promptly, especially acidic liquids such as lemon, vinegar, wine, or coffee.

Avoid

  • Acidic cleaners.
  • Bleach or abrasive products.
  • Prolonged contact with liquids.

Natural Characteristics

Every stone piece is unique. Variations in veining, texture, colour, and natural markings are expected and contribute to the individuality of each item.

  • Dust regularly using a soft cloth.
  • Clean gently with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
  • Use a microfibre cloth to maintain shine.

Candles & Candle Holders

Candle Safety

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep candles away from children and pets.
  • Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Keep away from curtains, fabrics, and flammable materials.

Candle Holder Care

  • Allow wax to cool before cleaning.
  • Remove wax gently using non-metal tools.
  • Wipe clean with a soft cloth.

Tissue Boxes & Decorative Storage

Care Instructions

  • Dust regularly with a soft cloth.
  • Avoid overfilling.
  • Keep away from standing water and damp environments.

Bathroom Use

Decorative tissue boxes may be used in powder rooms and guest bathrooms but should not be exposed to excessive moisture or direct water contact.

Outdoor Use

Unless specifically stated on the product page, Vianté Living products are intended for indoor use only.

Exposure to rain, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures may affect the appearance and longevity of materials.

A Note on Natural Materials

Many Vianté Living products feature natural wood, stone, metal, glass, and handcrafted finishes.

Small variations in colour, grain, veining, texture, dimensions, and finish are normal and celebrate the uniqueness of each piece. These natural variations are not defects and do not affect the quality or functionality of the product.
